VendorEpoch provides evidence-backed product lifecycle monitoring, alerts, reports, and related tools. The service does not provide legal, security, compliance, procurement, or professional certification.
Accounts
You must provide an address you control, keep access secure, and use tenant roles appropriately. Automated or abusive account creation is prohibited.
Evidence and decisions
Lifecycle data can change, contain vendor ambiguity, or be incomplete. Confidence and provenance are shown to support verification. You remain responsible for confirming critical decisions with the vendor and qualified advisers.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until canceled through the self-service portal. Prices and plan limits shown at checkout control. The merchant of record handles tax, card data, invoices, and payment processing.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is available through the billing portal. Refund eligibility follows the published Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. Provider processing timelines may apply.
Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, bypass limits, resell raw data without permission, misrepresent confidence, scrape at harmful rates, upload malicious files, or use the API to infringe rights.
Availability
We design for reliable autonomous operation but do not promise uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any vendor source. Maintenance, source restrictions, and bounded remediation may temporarily reduce features.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated at checkout. Final limitations, governing law, and dispute terms require owner and legal configuration.
